i got the 25 pound set and for 1 it doesnt have lbs on the weights they are kg so trying to figure out how much weight is being lifted is already annoying, but with all the weights it coems to 22.6 ish pounds not. but another issue, the bar is to small to fit 4 on either side you can only do 3 on either side meaning your max weight you can lift at any 1 time is 19lbs, not 25 as it claims or the 22 that they acttualy sent in weights. now the bat its self isnt all that bad, the grip feels good, and it functions just fine my work out felt fine but just light as my other weight set max is 20lbs and this ones is 19. So if you dont have any weight sets this isnt a bad choice just know the weight doesnt come out to the 25 as promised. but if you already have a weight set above 20 dont get the 25 weight set, either go for thebhigh weight srt or find another set
