Poor quality control and terrible customer service. Item arrived with what appears to be bent arms (was not visible until installed at eye level). Once installed I sent photos to Hinkley for guidance. Two weeks elapse and was told to return it to Lamps Plus for a refund. Need to hire an electrician to remove the fixture, drive 25 miles to return it, wait for an alternative and hire the electrician again to hang a new fixture.
Had there been a focus on getting quality right the first time, I would be a happy customer.
