Space saver, works well for an average jogger and of course walking. Includes all the basics with no subscription or app fees or purchases. If you want basics this is great. I never go faster than 6.5-7mph, I think this has max speed 8mph. Keeps distance, calories and heart rate (not sure how accurate HR is) but it's well suited for my basic needs. Very happy with it and can't beat the price point. I do have it set (manual incline notches at the base) on the highest incline which isn't that noticeable to me. For reference, I am 5'5” 140lbs. The track width is a bit narrower if you're accustomed to a wider gym treadmill. I've had for three mos now no issues. Easy to raise and lower. I would not say it is heavy duty, the max weight for using it is only 280, but again I'm very happy with it so far for my small space and basic cardio needs.

If you're looking for bells and whistles, this is not the machine for you. If you're looking for a great way to exercise in your small space come rain or shine, I think you'll be quite pleased with this treadmill. I did a lot of research before buying and have been very pleased with my purchase. I mainly walk, but I can also jog comfortably on this machine. It's not fancy and probably wouldn't meet the needs of serious runners, but for an older gal who just wants a way to get up and move more regularly while still enjoying the AC, it's perfect. The price is also great for the value in my opinion.

If you know you need to walk/jog but you are either scared of or grossed out by your local gym, stop wasting money on that membership and just get this. It will do the job. It's easy to assemble and you can finally workout without worrying about germs or judgement. Just do it. Get one. You need it.

I run 5-9 miles 4 times a week on this. I bought it because it was cheaper, had good reviews. I didnt want to spend $600 to find out I am really not into it. I've been using it for the last few months. I enjoy it, and do not have negative feedback at this time.

This is a great treadmill for the price. It is easy to use and fairly quiet. There are 2 holders for a phone or a TV remote. I set up an adjustable table next to it so I can have a drink handy. I wanted something that could fold up, be moved easily, but had enough weight to it to feel substantial. It was easy to put together and it is fairly easy to move. The wheels help with moving it, but it has some weight to it (it's about 100 pounds). Also, when folded, the platform is at an angle, so it sticks out a little (it is wider at the top). The purpose was to use during the pandemic, until I can get outside again. I am very active outdoors, spring-fall. I have a gym membership, and access to a gym in my community, but do not want to use public facilities right now. I wanted this just to get through the winter, but it is actually much better than I hoped for. I spent a day reading reviews on different sites, and this was consistently recommended for an under $500 treadmill.

I wanted to give a proper time before I wrote a review I purchased this 6 months ago and it used it 5 days a week since purchased. I'm 6 ft tall around 210 pounds and I do a mixture of walking and running. The machine so far has been very reliable. It's a good deal noisier than the commercial machines you may have seen at gyms but that is to be expected at this price point. The programmed speeds seem useless to me I just set the speed to what I wanted to be and that works great. I do wish it let you incline a little higher it only gives you a few degrees of angle. The plastic materials and some of the trim pieces feel cheap but the main treadmill and motor feel solid and that's what I care about most. Overall a great product and I hope to get many years of use out of it!

The treadmill came in 2 days. Packaging A . No damage to it whatsoever. I am 5'6 and the handles sit comfortably at my hips. Shoe size 8.5 (tried to show how wide the band is). My band is nicely centered but it is definitely adjustable if it should move left or right. I like all of the speeds but I am not that fast of a runner.

I love my Treadmill, it is easy to fold for small spaces and it was so easy to assemble. Not only am I enjoying my workouts but my grand daughters use it for P.E classes.

Works great so far. Assembly was easy, took me about 20 minutes. My only complaint is that I wish it was a bit wider, but I guess I'm just used to the gym treadmills. It's not huge, so if you are looking for a space saver-this is it.
