The bike is expensive for what it is. The same model in another color was $70 cheaper, but it was sold out. I had to buy the more expensive color instead. The bike was easy to assemble and seems well-made. I am happy with my purchase even though I spent more than I wanted to.
Love the color! Easy to put together just make sure the frames are like the instructions. The bike seems really well built (most of it came assembled already). We love it.
The color is beautiful the seat was easy to put together had help with the front wheel also the handle bars as the ride must learn how to ride the bike also the chain was assembly as the back wheel.
My wife loves it she previously bought a different bike but didn't like it but happy with this one so far so good
Im not giving 5 stars because first I'm going to try it out for a couple of weeks and then I'll share photos, a video, and my review on my TikTok @disc1985. — Diana S.
Ordered the bike online at walmart.com (sold and shipped by Walmart) and it was delivered to me at my house. Unboxed everything and found the front tire was flat (rear tire was holding air). Determined that the front innertube was bad as air would leak out as quickly as it was pumped in. Took the front wheel to my local Walmart store and described the problem. Was told they could do nothing about it (all I asked was to be given a new innertube to replace the defective one, but was refused...and Walmart had innertubes of the size I needed in stock at the store by the way). Was told the only solution was to return the bike for a refund, which seemed like a silly, stupid thing to do, but that's what I did (purely on principle). Glad I hadn't assembled the bike yet, so I put everything back in the box it came in and returned the entire bike to the store. As a result, Walmart ended up losing the sale because the store refused to fix an easily fixable problem with a product the company sold. A bike shop would have given me a new innertube (in fact, probably would have replaced the innertube and aired up the tire for me to make sure it was good to go), but I guess Walmart is too big of a company to replace a defective part with one that's on a store shelf. Ended up buying a barely used bike of the same model I found on the widely known auction site from a local seller for 75% of the cost of what walmart.com charged me for a new one, and the bike itself is pretty good for being a simple beach cruiser, for the price I paid for it.
my seat is messed up there it was on the bottom with the tire wedged on top of it and it must have moved the foam in transit so the foam is pushed over on the top and when I sit on it I can feel the hard metal part it's just like lopsided it's very uncomfortable in there some marks on the front of the seat from the tire and it has a few dings here and there scratches on the fender at on the tips like somebody drug it around and whatever that's nothing to cry about but the seat is definitely something that needs to be taken care of. as far as a brand new bicycle coming straight out of the box
Returning this as soon as my Husband can get it there. Not able to ride it due to very close to the top pedals. I would need a different design. Called Walmart Customer Service, Talked to Rep. Irwin.
I purchased this bike after reading the reviews. There was 1 negative review about the handlebars being unadjustable. I purchased the bike anyway. When I received the bike assembly was easy. The color is pretty (much more vivid than the ad photo, but nice) The problem is the last step in the assembly. The handlebars appear to be machine tightened in a downward position. I was unable to apply enough force to loosen the handlebars so they could be turned to their proper position. Steering the bike was awkward/dangerous. The only offered option was to return the bike to Walmart. Return means taking the bike apart and returning it to a nearby store in the original box. I'm very sad about this. When I return the bike I'll look for something already assemble at an additional cost of $50.
whoever put the part of the bike together before delivery did a sloppy job i would like to return the whole thing and get a refund
