nice bike! needed more tools than indicated for effective assembly, needed two people for a few assembly steps. the fenders are pretty but seem to be made for narrow wheels, minor periodic rubbing of front fender even while adjusted at highest level. overall, very happy with purchase!

I missed out on buying this bike at a Flea Market, and felt pretty bummed out as I love bikes. I googled and found it on your website, and for not much more than flea market price!!!! And it's new, not used, but I really don't mind used bikes!

I bought this bike solely based on looks! I think it is so cute. And I liked that a donation was being made for breast cancer. My box was pretty damaged when the bike arrived but everything seemed to be there. One of my rims was warped (doubtful due to shipment) but the manufacturer quickly shipped me another with very little hassle other than having to fill out warranty info and submit pic online and then reassemble. It's not the heaviest/sturdiest bike but it's good enough for me. The little basket is cheesy, I will probably replace it with something more functional but that's minor. The seat is pretty comfortable. I usually have to replace those right away.

Bike is great once it was put together. The front tire was out if round so we had to take it to a bike shop to have it fixed. It rides really well now.

Packaged poorly and fenders came dented. Cannot find anywhere to get replacement parts for the damaged ones other than having to return whole bike. Disappointing.

This is my daughter's Christmas gift. Imagine our surprise when her dad starts to put it together and the back tire is bent beyond repair! He hadn't even take it out of the box and he noticed it! He woke me up to show me! Now I have to return the one thing my daughter wanted so badly and find another so she can have one to ride with her brother! I'm so disappointed and upset for her!

Very disappointed, my first time buying bicycle that is not installed from the manufacturer. They normally deliver installed bicycle for us. I called the company, they told me to go and return it to the company that I bought it from. No customer service!

Directions and assembly are horrible. Finally got it put together and on first test drive the whole back gearing fell off and bent to heck. Miserable project. If my granddaughter's birthday wasn't coming up on the 30th I would send it back. Unfortunately for now I have to try and fix it and or buy a new rear gear assembly.

I purchased this bike 2 times both times it was defective. First one the frame was bent so I couldn't put the front tire on. The second one the front rim was bent\ warped. The photo does this bike no justice it's so pretty and the pink is so vibrant but I really don't know if I should order it for the third time in hopes I finally receive it with no issues.

I love my bicycle but the front wheel came bent/warped. Until I get my replacement front wheel I will not give them five stars. It was so easy to put together and no parts were missing.
