The 260/261XL ink cartridges arrived well packaged and at a competitive price. I was a little worried that my printer might not recognize the cartridges because that had happened with other suppliers before, but it recognized them right away with no issues. Installation was easy, and both the black and color cartridges work very well. Print quality is excellent so far - sharp black text and clean, vibrant colors. I like having confidence in the products I use, and based on my experience up to now this seller may become my regular supplier. I’m still testing the page yield and will update my review once I’ve used them longer. At this point, I’m very satisfied.

I thought I was paying for canon originals as it shows that in the picture, and they’re a knock off. I don’t use off brands or cheap ink in my printer as it clogs it… I have not used these yet…. So I don’t know how they work… 😓 and not sure I will as I was paying for CANON…. Not a knock off…. So falsely advertised….

When I got this it I think it had already been placed in someone’s computer. It was wrapped in plastic and ink was everywhere. Was not even in the correct box. Was just in a random box with no writing on it.

I have used remanufactured ink cartridges before and never had good luck with them. This product ad is very deceiving. And they couldn’t even ship it in their “fake” Canon box. Got me this time. Never again and will be returning.

I'm very disappointed. I ordered Canon Ink cartridges, and you sent me some off brand ink? When I place an order, I want to receive exactly what I ordered. What are you going to do to fix it? I needed this two days ago, as you didn't even deliver to me at the date you said when I placed my order? The pictures I added, 1, show what I ordered (Canon Ink cartridges 260/261). The other photo shows what I received. Doesn’t say Canon anywhere?????? 😠😡

It appears to be an ink cartridge made by Cannon in the add but is definitely a generic product when I received it.
