When getting back from our ride, the bikes were super easy to put back on the rack and we were back on the road in about 2 min. Very well made bike rack!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I spent a lot of time researching the best bike rack to carry me and my wife's EMTBs. The QuietKat is by far the best unit on the market. Not only is it heavy duty, and made like a tank; it also has the easiest and most secure method of making sure the bikes are firmly and safely held in position. We've watched other riders at the trail heads, struggle with mounting or unmounting their ebikes to their racks. For me and my wife it only takes a minute or so to lift the bikes into place, tilt up the ratcheting tire clamps, and we are done! After spending lots of $$$ on ebikes don't cut corners with a discount carrier/rack. Get the QuietKat unit. You won't be disappointed!! Rick Walker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were putting both QK bikes over the tailgate of our pickup then lifting the tailgate to close and lift both bikes. The rack we only need to put them in the rack. A lot less work. Love it for that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice carrier. Recommend the ramp for easier loading. Need the hitch extension on my Jeep Rubicon to clear the spare tire. Folds down far enough when the bikes are not loaded for the tailgate to swing open completely. With bikes loaded it folds down enough to only partially open the tailgate. Also recommend the easy reach handle extension if carrying two or more bikes. Made in USA.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rack is as heavy as it is heavy duty, but aside from that it is solid, and sturdy. The hitch tightening system really locks the rack in place so the bikes are not bouncing all around. A bonus is how compact it folds up to store in the garage. Our Quiet Kat fat tire E-bike bikes load and lock in place easy Peazy. If you haven't guessed by now I live this rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very well designed, easy set up, and very quick for loading heavy e-bike. It holds the bike very securely and worry-free. The finish does not last long if that matters to you. Maybe, it's the diesel exhaust of my truck, but some of the finish on the components is simply anodized and has has come off or deteriorated pretty quickly. But I don't know of anything else on the market that even comes close to the functionality of this rack with its ease of use and security for the bike.

I wish it was a little more stable. I like the fact I can tilt the rack out and open my tailgate without removing the bike. The best rack on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock for the trailer hitch that comes with the bike rack is a joke. The hitch lock broke and fell off the first time I used it. I was lucky that I was driving slow and the whole thing didn't fall off including the bike. Looks like it was designed for the hitch on a small car. Made in China? I drive a RAM 2500 and a Ford F350. Both with factory hitches. I am having to modify the 1UP system to work with the hitch on my truck and the hitch lock I already have. It seems sturdy enough so I think I can make it work. truchas
