They are popular for a reason.
Slinky for sure. I put them on a squier jazz bass. They sound good, the growl is back.

I've been playing bass since I was 16 now 62 I play nothing but slinky's they're brilliant sound so good I play nothing but slinky strings they ROCK!!!
