What is going on with this? The product is fantastic but it's hit or miss, mostly miss trying to find it in stores. They'll have it for a while and then you can't find it anywhere for weeks. Extremely annoying

Not a happy coffee drinker, here we go again.... No Chocolate caramel creamer... Why ! It's the only creamer I use. It's my absolute favorite creamer ever.. I'm very cranky about this

The Hersheys Chocolate Caramel Creamer is the ONLY Creamer for me! It is by far, the best out there! When adding it to my coffee, there's no need to add anything else. It adds the right amount of creaminess and sweetness all in one. When I find it, I don't just buy 1 or 2 bottles, I buy 6 or 8 bottles because I never know when I may find it again. I'm afraid, at the moment, I'm having a hard time finding it so I have been doing without. I really miss it!

Not to worry, Lisa! We're still producing your favorite creamer, and recommend speaking with your local store about ordering it back in for you. All stores have it on order, but are not receiving it. The issue must be on the supply end. Is there an issue?

Just like a few years ago, the shelf at my grocery store has been empty of this creamer for the past several weeks. While I was in another town 40 minutes from home, I decided to stop to see if their grocery store happened to have it. As I rounded the corner, my eyes locked on a few bottles sitting there so graciously. As I got closer, I noticed the dreaded pink clearance tag. My heart sank. One would normally be excited for that tag, but I feared the worst. As I approached the shelf, I see the worst; "DISCONTINUED." Here I am, a full grown woman, about to have a full on toddler temper tantrum in the dairy aisle. I know that I audibly gasped, "Noooo!!!" and don't even care who heard me. PLEEEAAASSEEE don't stop making this product! It has been my favorite (as well as many others by the looks of the reviews) for YEARS! I have tried other flavors and just can't find one that tastes anywhere near as good as this one.

I love this creamer. It is the only flavor I will drink. If I can't find it I will just use milk and sugar. The company needs to do better at keeping their top selling flavor in stock. Stop trying to do all these different flavors when you already have the best one and it is really hard to find! Even on your website, the places you say I can buy it are mostly sold out. Stock the chocolate caramel flavor in stores PLEASE!

I bought this creamer and the same flavor from coffee mate. This creamer beats the competition hands down! The flavor is richer, the taste is more intense and the creaminess factor is much better. From now on only international delights will grace my fridge.

When I first tried this creamer it was so delicious!! It was super creamy and you could taste the caramel as well as the chocolate. Now they have changed the recipe or something. It's darker in color and tastes more like burned chocolate to me. I'm disappointed! Wish they hadn't changed it. I no longer use ID, I now make my own chocolate caramel creamer. I have used this for years but the last couple times it tastes horrible- I even tried getting it at different stores and that didn't help! What did u do to it??? Barely taste the chocolate. I will try one more purchase and then I'm done. You've lost a long time customer

Something has changed! I've been drinking this creamer twice a day for over 5 years. And the flavor is different now. I thought maybe it was a bad batch so we bought more from a different store. So far 3 bottles from two stores have all had a terrible taste. Bad enough that I'd rather skip my morning coffee than drink it. Coffee is literally my motivation to get out of bed so that's saying something. Please fix it!!
