In our house we keep 2 sweeteners: Raw Honey [local if affordable] and Raw Sugar [like this]. The pink and blue and yellow and etc., No thank-you. Health risks and funny tastes abound with artificial "sweeteners". This is a great price for a Pure and natural goodness for all uses.

I use a lot of brown sugar, and I had decided to purchase brown sugar from a couple of different stores. couple of different brand names. And I noticed such a big difference, but still not the quality that I remember as a kid. Well, this brown sugar is the quality I remember back in the 60s and 70s. I'm so excited to have it and use it and it has become my new brown sugar. The fact that it's organic is very important to me and even though it's pricey I will work it in my budget. I use brown sugar every day when I make my oatmeal and also when I make my homemade barbecue sauce. Along with the gluten-free and oil, free banana bread I make I also use brown sugar.. I definitely recommend this wonderful tasting very potent brown sugar.

This is great! A completely 100% unrefined cane sugar. It looks like brown sugar but doesn't have that sticky texture. it's unbleached and an actual sugar in the raw. I compared labels with white sugar and although it isn't much, this sugar has trace amounts of calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, and manganese. None of that is in white sugar!

It's a good variety of brown sugar, according to its label great for coffee, tea, and baking, but its claims to be healthy for diabetics is ridiculous. It's cane sugar! I use it for hot tea and oatmeal. It's reputedly good for baking, so some oatmeal cookies may be next on the list.

This unrefined, unprocessed panela cane sugar is wonderful! It has such a rich, complex flavor that adds an amazing depth to recipes. The 2 lb bag is a great size, and the quality is top-notch. Highly recommend!

Really prefer this over white sugar for baking, but it goes well for just about anything. The flavor is sweet, but a bit smoother than white sugar and adds a subtle taste of molasses that balances out the sweetness quite well.

I love the flavor of unrefined, unprocessed cane sugar. This brand is top notch. It has a molasses taste to it and tastes great in coffee, tea and baking . There's no clumping or chunks and dissolves quickly in beverages.

Generous 2 pound resealable bag of organic cane sugar from Just Panela arrived quickly and in perfect condition! Wonderful taste in my cup of coffee and I am baking a banana nut bread right now which smells heavenly. Happy day indeed!

This organic sugar is so good! Yum. It tastes like a cmbination of brown sugar and white. I am using for oatmeal cookies. It has a nice texture and can be used in recipes in place of white sugar. It comes in a zipper bag for storage also.

Great tasting sugar. Unrefined and unprocessed. What more can you ask for. And whatever you add this sugar to will taste like perfection.
