It arrived 4 days early. Super easy to install. Only complaint is the whine it makes when driving however I expected that. Overall happy with purchase of this product.

Poor packaging missing parts
Terrible packaging no end on cardboard box just taped up. Missing keys so it was worthless. Not sure how the racks work because we were unable to try them due to missing parts.
