Was really good to be true. USB was formatted in a way to fully use the 2TB but as soon connected to a device was not working properly %26 messing up with the device.
This is a scam rip off. I bought what I thought was a 2TB USB drive and it's only 32GB drive instead. Buyer beware of this scam company. Only buy genuine products with reputable name brand that you know. I lost $33 from this deal.
I did not receive the the item I ordered. It was replaced by something that I did not order. I ordered a 2 TB hard drive and I received a 1TB
This is the worst performing terabyte usb flash drive that I have ever used. Period. Yes it does recognize in Mac, PC , Linux and iOS systems, but the transfer write rate is sooooo slow as to make the drive unusable. My Mac says it will take 160 days to transfer 138GB to the drive over USB 3.0 connection…um,no. Same on Linus and PC. Yes, tried erasing and using different formats like Linux, Windows NTFS and Apple APS and HPFS. Same results. Get a flash drive with good specs and don't buy this cheap!
to be honest with you I bought it by mistake but I didn't want to go to the whole ordeal taking it back and etc etc so I just said the fact that I would have to I spent money on something that I couldn't use if that's simple not everybody's out to make a buck on you.
was supposed to be 2TB, the one sent was 1TB
I should have read the reviews. This flashdrive is total bunk. Like most previous reviewers stated, the transfer rate is hours for files that should take seconds. Instead of two terabytes, it's at most 60 gigabytes. The music files it did copy seem to be working, but we'll see how that plays out. Total rip-off. I'm surprised Walmart allows them to sell on their platform.
Scam. I have a program that writes out to a Jump Drive or an SD Card or an SSD drive. It first creates 256 folders numbered from zero(0) to 255. THEN - in each of those folders it creates files based upon the size of the drive (2TB in this case) divided by 256 which equals eight(8). So eight files per folder equals 2TB. All files in a given folder equals the number of the folder (so folder 0 has 8 * 1GB files which contain nothing but zeros(0). Folder 1 has 1's, Folder 2 has 2's and so forth.) The 2TB Jump Drive only made it to 8GB and then all files just contained garbage. Thus, these 2TB Jump Drives really are only 64GB Jump Drives. DO NOT BUY.
This device is supposed to have 2TB capacity. I moved 192GB from my PC to the device and Windows tells me that the device has an error so I allow Windows to repair/fix it. Upon Windows completing the repair I use it one more time and now i am unable to use it at all. Widows no longer recognizes the device. I have ran 6 various recovery programs and have tried the device on 3 other PC and Linux based machines and it not longer responds or is active to any interaction. The consensus is that the NAND USB2DISK USB Device is fake and does not have the capacity of 2TB and once I moved enough data to it to fill it then the Firmware no longer allowed the device to be utilized. I am unable to retrieve or access the 193GB of files that I moved to it and so that is lost. I was to use the device to move all the files to a Linux workstation. Two years of work gone. I want a solution to this problem.
I purchased this item on March 5th, it arrived on March 10th and I used it exactly four times to back up files and on April 13th it died completely and without any warning. Any attempt to access the drive resulted in my computer locking up until I removed it from the USB port. All the files added up to far less than the advertised 2 TB capacity (I don't have an exact number because the drive is dead. I have never written a bad review before but in this case, anything else would be dishonest.
