what I like is how you can charge your cell phone from this. I do have several 18 volt tools that this adapter will allow the dewalt 20 volt battery. It was cheaper to buy these adapters and use the tools than buying new tools. Worth the money to me

Products works well. Walmart does a great job in following up on orders, when they are shipped and when they are delivered and any delays or changes. I purchased this for my husband and he is very satisfied, and happy to be able to use the newer more powerful batteries in his older Dewalt tools.

This adapter works great on the older 20 V Dewalt power tools. I recommend if you have older Dewalt 20 V battery power tools.

I cry fellow they list this item as a DCA 1820 DeWalt part it is not by DeWalt. It comes from China and I was purposefully looking for the Dewalt product as these 18 to 20 V adapters tend to burn up very quickly as soon as you start putting a load on them.

Picture shows battery slides in at a slight angle. They actually came at a 90deg angle from the stem that plugs into the drill/tool. Not a big deal for most tools but for my circular saw the LiIon batteries won't slide out without removing the adapter.
