This is actually vinyl (plastic) cover for mattress. Great for outdoor swing bed.

They are kept on the daybed in the guest room. It helps keep the mattress clean and dust free. Keeps bugs away from the bedding.

The cover slipped on very easily and then it was very easy to shove the mattress back underneath my bed when we finished using it. It will keep the mattress clean while not being used.

work well for the grandkids bunk beds. They are vinyl but thick enough not to be noisy.

Both were ripped by the zipper area

they will get a hole in them very easily they are pretty thin

when i receive them they had a cigarette burn on the pack and one of the plastic covers had a hole in it or a cigarette mark on the plastic I didn't open it yet because of that and I'm very dissatisfied with the one burnt

I purchased 2 of the 2 pack vinyl mattress encasements and the material seems pretty thin.. I wouldn't call these “heavy duty vinyl” by no means. All 4 of the mattress enclosures have a hole or rip in the seam/zipper area making them a waste of money. I will not be using these to protect the mattresses in my guest bedrooms nor would I recommend these to anyone unless you need a vinyl drop cloth. Hopefully I can find something that will work without breaking the bank.. don't waste your money on these!
