3-in-1 Waffle, Sandwich & Contact Grill Slate Blue

You can make so many things on it and get so creative and have so many goodies. Instructions are easy to follow and I love how its non-stick so no worries about things getting stuck. Its literally the best. We have recommended it to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Elite Gourmet Electric 3 in 1 Nonstick Belgian Waffle & Grill/Sandwich Maker, works so nicely. I have been using it to make waffles and grilled sandwiches and they turn out beautifully! This product evenly distributes the heat which makes for a perfect waffle and even a perfectly grilled sandwich that's evenly grilled and cooked. I like that this product has detachable interchangeable plates that are also dishwasher safe and this product is also a space saver, it is small enough to tuck away in a cabinet comfortably or set on the counter without taking up much space.

We've made waffles, grilled cheese, chicken panini and everything tasted great. It is easy to clean and takes up very little room. The grill plates are easy to change and wash. Recommend.

I have made waffles several times and they are always cooked to perfection. It also made a great grilled cheese sandwich. I like that it has interchangeable plates so that it is more versatile than just a waffle maker. Great product!

It is small and lightweight, so it can be stored practically anywhere. It makes a good waffle. I really enjoy making grilled sandwiches with it. Fast, easy, and DELICIOUS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This waffle maker & sandwich grill is very compact; I expected it to be bigger. This appliance would be suitable for small households not only because it takes up minimal space but also because you can only make one waffle or sandwich at a time. It is perfect for when you or your older children want a quick, hot sandwich. It heats up quickly and cleanup is breeze due to the removable plates. The plates can be easily hand-washed or put in a dishwasher. It is recommended to preheat the unit prior to use. There is an indicator light on the top which remains red until this unit has reached the cooking temperature, then the light goes out. This light is the only way of knowing if the appliance is still maintaining the correct cooking temperature. Therefore, you will see it turning on and off as it regulates the temperature. It is recommended to grease the plates with a little oil before first use. I made a grilled cheese sandwich and the butter on each slice was enough to grease the plates. When making sandwiches, it is recommended to lock the handle. Yet when making the waffles, it is advised not to lock the handle, or the waffle will not be able to rise. Although I did not make waffles yet, the enclosed manual states it takes about 4 minutes for them to be done. There is no timer on this unit so you will need to keep an eye on the food to make sure it does not burn. My sandwich was done within 2 minutes. The sandwich was just as good as the ones I make in a pan and without the additional pan to wash! This would make a great gift for someone with reduced living quarters. Additionally, because of its compact size, it can fit easily in a travel bag to make a quick snack or small meal when away from home and have access to an electrical outlet. Lastly, the cord readily wraps on the bottom of the grill after use for easy, organized storage.

husband. He used it a couple of times, but we ultimately returned it. There are no settings to adjust the heat, and it just never heats up enough to cook the waffle all the way through. It takes considerably longer to cook than other waffle makers we've used, and even then, he never felt the waffles were fully cooked. As far as looks go, we did like the design, size, and color. We also liked that you could also cook sandwiches and that the plates were easy to remove/clean/and switch out. If the temperature got a little higher and/or there were heat settings you could adjust, we would have probably really liked this product. Unfortunately, it just didn't really work.
