3 lb, Primos Unroasted Green Coffee Beans, Direct from Our Farm

This is the third or fourth time I've bought this coffee. Its taste is consistently good and makes a good morning cup. Originally, I bought because the price was good, it was advertised as from a small family farm, and it was only a 3lbs investment. Often when I get a bag of beans and I like it, I either have to go right back and buy more or by the time I go to buy it again it's gone it's nice to see the consistency.

Full nutty flavor, roasts up very yummy, smooth rich and bold! Happy pappy!!

New to roasting but this turned out excellent !

I am a repeat customer for this coffee. The flavor is slightly sweet and pleasing, almost delicate. I found no matter how you want to roast it, light, medium or dark, everyone loves the taste. Either I make a fire outside if I am in the mood to build one., or I just roast the beans on my gas stove indoors. I roast it in a steel wok with a long wooden spoon. Very easy, takes about 20 minutes or so. After you grind it you will find it leaves the most delicious smelling aroma in the kitchen., I just bought two extra bags so I don't have to resort to commercial roasts :( I do recommend this product.

awesome coffee. great to buy straight from the farmers that produce this single estate specialty beans. very consistent uniform bean size. roast to first crack for a very smooth coffee. no bitterness. will continue to buy this coffee. my favorite now.

I roasted to 12% loss which is about a light roast. The flavor is good but I'm not sure how to describe it. I only make cappuccinos. It tastes a little like chocolate, I think.
