(3 pack) 2 Pack - Caress Daily Silk Moisturizing Soap, White Peach & Orange Blossom, 3.75 oz 6 Bars

It seems different than the previous bars of soap they use to make.. the soap leaves a film residue on the skin making it feel tight vs. soft and hydration.

I have loved Caress bar soap ( and body wash!) since I was a teenager a very long time ago, I have always kept it around and bought in bulk. I even always wished they had a lotion and body spray with its lovely, feminine but not overpowering scent. Then- they CHANGED the formula and scent I love. They didn’t change the name or description- but the new formula does NOT smell good, and it’s also not moisturizing. It irritates my sensitive skin AND my nose. I’m so disappointed- I bought a huge pack of bar soap not realizing they had changed the scent as well as the formula and I refuse to use it. Whyyyy did you get rid of the classic and replace with this cheap stinky dry bar of wasted $.

As I reported previously, this soap has changed since the last time I purchased it. The scent is strong, the lather is excessive and my skin feels tight and dry after using. Do you have any of this product from the precious formula? I am afraid to use what I have.

Don’t usually leave reviews but I am so disappointed that they changed the scent of my favorite soap! It also doesn’t feel the same. This has always been my favorite soap since I was young. I always loved the soft smell and the way it cleans. Guess I’ll change to Dove.

Just HORRIBLE!!!! What happened to the original scent? I don't know who idea it was to completely change the once wonderful scent of this soap, but it was a disastrous decision; and the nerve to package it as the same product. Just a SHAME!!!! I don't want to even give this away. It needs to go in the trash.

Caress! Why would you change a perfect product that myself and others have used for over 50 years!!! This soap has an awful smell, no where near the old beautiful scent that my whole family enjoyed using daily. Besides the new scent, this does not moisturize like the old formula. It actually dried out my skin like some cheap other deodorant bars do. I read in another review you claim it was to heighten our senses. The only sense it heightened was anger and disappointment. Please for the love of God, bring back the old original formula! Thank you!

This new formula absolutely sucks!! If I had kept the one box out of the 12 bar soaps that I used, I would've put it back in the box and returned it back with the rest of them. The new scent is underwhelming, it leaves a reaidue, it doesn't keep it's lather, and I didn't feel clean after using it. I hope Caress does away with this junk and returns to the old formula. But until then, I will be using my trusty Dove and Olay brand soaps.

Have been buying Caress Daily Silk for at least 15 years, and it was the only soap I could use for my sensitive skin. The recent formula change is THE WORST DIRECTION this soap could have gone!! Smells awful, feels awful, is awful!!! 🤢 If I could give zero stars I would. Worse than the cheapest 99 cent store soap. Please change it back to the original formula 😩

If you think this is just like any other caress soap you have used please know it's some kind of knockoff. That's why it's cheaper then other caress soaps. Do not buy it if you want caress, this soap left my skin feeling horrible and dried out. This is NOT caress.

I have used this soap for the last 25 years %26 this "refreshed" version is not refreshing at all. It immediately dries out my skin and does not feel soft anymore. I cannot use this soap and will be returning it. Please unrefresh whatever you did because it is terrible!
