Hate to rate these as they are hard to find. After living in Albuquerque for ten years these are the equivalent of fresh off the roaster without the work. I don't believe there is a better chile on the market.

Great flavor and good heat. A genuine taste of the New Mexico Hatch-Mesilla Valley. We use in a wide variety of Mexican style dishes. Uniformly delicious if you enjoy the roasted green chili flavor and heat in your dishes.

Once you've had 505 green chile, your refrigerator will require a permanent jar to supply your daily condiment spreads to breakfast foods, soups, and all kinds of dishes. Life is a little better with the big green jar.

I purchased this in a (3) pack, one was opened you were supposed to have replaced it, I never received the replacement, even though a replacement confirmation was sent. This item is always out of stock it should be available in store and online.

This is a wonderful product.. I use it regularly, typically going to record a quart per month. It is absolutely the best commercially available green chili sauce in the market.

These green chiles seem a lot more expensive than the last time I bought them. Just about all my groceries have jumped on the price scale. BUT, other than that, they are just as wonderful as they have always been. Thanks 505, we will buy som

Great chile to add to your meals. I have to buy this product online because I used to buy smaller jars at Walmart, but they stopped carrying it. Went online and I get a larger jar at a better price.

Wish Walmart would regularly maintain stock. They are excellent and far more convenient than the 40oz size.

505 Green Chile have a great flavor my only complaint is if they add so much water. and too much citric acid. God please don't try to make anything that would include cream because this citrus acid will curdle it.

In the past I had liked the brand and liked the products, but when the screw-on lid clearly says “Do not purchase if safety button is up”, you'd think that would mean they wouldn't sell it off the button was up. One third of a three pack had a popped lid and I threw it out. The other two had very very tight lids.
