My new favorite snack.

Mike December 17, 2025

If you enjoy pickled jalapeños and hard-boiled eggs, these are the perfect snack. The flavor is excellent. They're slightly firm and chewy with a soft creamy yolk and the perfect amount of heat.

Best eggs from a shelf!

momtomany31 September 13, 2025

These quail eggs are over the top. Nice kick but not too spicy just enough to make you want another. Good dill taste, farm fresh quality. The best pickled egg off a shelf.

These quail eggs are a tasty snack! They are also pickled and come with some sliced peppers as well.

Quail Quality

Rod April 12, 2026

The consistency here was like a deviled egg. And the flavor was superb. Jalapeño peppers add to the taste excitement. A treat to enjoy!

Very spicy

Gabrielle May 17, 2026

They're delicious but so spicy,a medium spice level not a mild like I was expecting I like pickled jalapeños but these are a little too spicy for me I had to have a glass of milk with it %26 the burn is still present very good but a little too spicy for my preference

If you're someone who likes spicy, then you would like this. As soon as you open the jar, you get a taste of jalapeño and spice. The eggs are very well pickled and they're not mushy at all. As someone who is new to trying quail eggs, this was a different experience, but a pleasant one.

Wasted a lot of peppers.

Trai May 24, 2026

Too many jalapeños. Would like only eggs. Wasteful because I can't really eat jalapeños. Makes for a spicy bathroom visit.

Eggs are great - packaging was a negative score

Rhonda May 1, 2025

Jar was shattered when they arrived. I decided to taste one egg %26 LOVED the flavor but was too afraid of all the glass shards %26 not knowing exactly how long they were exposed from the broken jar to eat any. The jar was in a box too big for it with just a little bit of brown packing paper to "cushion" it. They were not in a bag %26 the brine was dripping all down the box into my driveway %26 kitchen floor. And nowhere on the box did it mention "glass/fragile". I waited almost 2 weeks for these %26 was really bummed when they arrived.

Don't buy from this seller.

Marty November 25, 2025

I have purchased this product 3 times. First time it was in stock at the store. The next 2 times it was shipped and the glass jar was broken, not just cracked, like broke in pieces. Try having a sealed box left on your porch with a pint of vinegar and eggs dumped out inside. One huge mess. The seller used virtually no packing material just thrown in the box with a wad of paper. The seller should be ashamed to offer such crappy service.
