Perfect for my dry brine meat recipe! Salt and white sugar chicken, turkey, pork. These shakers are perfect to evenly apply. I used to mix sugar and salt in a bowl and sprinkle w/ fingers, wasted allot. I put a sticker on the sugar so I don't get them mixed up, LOL. Enjoy. PS; I love Anchor Hocking products! We are very pleased with these salt and pepper shakers. The salt and pepper come out easily, and, of course, you can see what is in each container. The holes are a good size. The price was a plus, too.

They were plain but look very pretty on the table. My only complaint is the holes are the same on the salt and pepper so you have to be careful when using the salt shaker or too much can come out.

I like this product a lot, both have some weight to them and reminds me of those shakers u use in fine restaurants very nice products. Easy to fill with product and tops have just right amount of holes.

I have been using these on a regular basis for years in my kitchen. They are not fancy but very functional for everyday use. Just the right amount comes out, easy to use.

Lids are metal and sturdy. Thought one of them should had have less holes for salt, but it’s fine. Salt comes out in just the right amount. Easy to pour in.

I just wanted 2 sets of plain uncomplicated salt and pepper shakers but you get 3 sets? Wierd but Ok. They’re simply glass and metal. I’ll give the 3rd set away I guess

Both had tops with same numbers of holes, which is usually not the case with salt and pepper shakers. Glass is sturdy and easy to handle. Price was unbelievably low considering quality of glass.

this item rusted. the entire top is completely eroded. it only had salt in it. in 2 weeks it is no longer usable. I had to throw away my salt because it was rust chunks from the lid mixed in.
