I have these for bkfst almost every morning to control daily calorie intake. They come in fours, make great dippers, and last me past lunchtime. Good fiber too. They are a bit on the dry side, not stale, just crunchy, like a fresh cracker. Hence the dipping in milk or coffee. I've used them for years for weight control. They just work.

Really good flavor! 4 flat biscuits per package that are crunchy and has real blueberry bits in them! .. I have tried several cheaper brands and when it comes to quality and flavor the cheap ones can't compete. .. So I splurge on the Belvita Blue berry biscuits! .. Great meals on the go for me and I really enjoy them for breakfast or lunch or dinner😁

My husband and daughter love these and eat them on a regular basis. I prefer the golden oat variety and can eat them as a replacement for shortbread cookies. My son likes them too. They have whole grains and can keep your hunger at bay and are much better for you than the toaster pastries or donuts they were buying at the convenience store. The chocolate are pretty good and I am considering using them as a replacement for cookies in a chocolate crust for better nutrition. We have tried the cinnamon sugar, apple and the soft cookie varieties, but we definitely prefer the golden oat, blueberry and chocolate.

These taste excellent and have both fiber and excellent source of protein. It's almost like eating a snack. The claim of energy that it gives you, is far fetched but it is good for you. Low in sodium, calories, and it fills you up. Whether you're watching your eating habits or not these are a great little treat!
