Yum! This is amazing! It's a bit different from regular pesto, but still recognizable. Most jarred pestos have that weird chemical-like aftertaste of dried basil, but this doesn't at all. I use 340g / 0.75 pounds of pasta for one jar of pesto (an entire 1-pound box stretches this sauce a bit too much). Choose a pasta shape like radiatori with lots of nooks and crannies and cook your pasta in the smallest amount of water possible, then mix in some of that extra starchy cooking water with the pesto to make a wonderfully creamy pasta sauce. This is also a great spread for toast and sandwiches.

Really mild pesto flavor, super good on pasta. I like it cold or hot, also good for salads.

Garlic free. it is so good. The only garlic free ive ever found. keep it a regular item. we need more garlic free sauces!
