I was really tempted by this coffee when I first saw it, but wasn't sure if I would like it as I have been let down by so many flavored pods. I decided to go for it anyway and I am so glad I did. The flavor is great, not overwhelming or fake like so many others I've tried in the past. I enjoy it black, with a splash of cream, and sometimes I add a dash of caramel syrup which is heavenly.

I was looking for a vanilla flavored coffee and decided to try this one. It's very smooth with no bitterness and has a good vanilla taste. I've made a second purchase and will again in the future. I hope they start packaging it in a bigger quantity.

I enjoy a lot of the better goods items. I was on the look out for a new coffee after folders stopped making my 12 year go-to. I enjoy this one. It's not too strong and not sweet. I enjoy these subtle flavored coffees as they don't have the stark bitterness some do but you do not get the sweet taste like you are at Starbucks.

I like the Better Goods brand. This vanilla is great. It is not too overpowering and does leave a hint of the alcohol taste that some flavored coffees have.

I don't usually like flavored coffee but I've tried other bettergoods products and really liked them so I thought I'd try this coffee based on the good reviews. It's not for me and it's very sweet, but I did say that I don't like flavored coffee, so that's on me.

I was skeptical when purchasing smoky vanilla because I wasn't sure what that would taste like. My initial reaction is that this is heavy on the smoky and light on the vanilla, but after several sips, I could taste the flavors and enjoyed it. I typically add creamer and think creamer is a must with this dark flavor. This was definitely a unique addition to my coffee rotation.

The gist of it: If you like hazelnut coffee you'll love this. If you hate hazelnut and we're looking for vanilla coffee you'll hate it. The value, quantity and over quality of this coffee is great. I would fully recommend it on that alone. However.... the reason I said the taste is crap and gave it a 3 star is because it tastes nothing like vanilla, it tastes like hazelnut. If you like hazelnut great you'll love this. I absolutely do not. This coffee smells and tastes like hazelnut coffee. I honestly believe hazelnut coffee is one of mankind's worst ideas. it's disgusting to me. And the second I smelled this coffee brewing I knew I would not be able to drink it. I still tried, added sugar and a splash of milk, still didn't help.

I have purchased a few other items from this company and I've always appreciated their simple ingredients. This coffee product only has 3 ingredients, which is great. But, I don't like the use of artificial flavors. I would prefer real vanilla was added. These are simple to use and the taste is fine, though.
