A lot of gluten free breads can have texture differences that I dont really like. These rolls are amazing, taste, texture, everything! I usually pop them in my convection oven for 4-5 mins to get them toasty, and they are delicious! I serve them with spaghetti, chili, soup, whatever you want yummy gluten-free rolls with!
I have celiac and finding a gluten free bread product that I actually like has been a years long struggle. These rolls are crunchy and tasty . They can be put in a toaster if desired which is what I do or eaten as they come from the package. They are wonderful and I can no longer get them anywhere.
these rills are so yummy!! toast them up and add some butter and you have a perfect side to a bowl of soup or use for a delicious sandwich!! they do crumble just a bit with the flaky outside but it doesn't stop me from still giving them an overall 5 star!!
I really like this gluten free option it has a good texture and doesn't fall apart. I am deeply disappointed that it has become impossible to find stocked at the Walmart near me. So disappointed that food for my celiac disease isn't readily available for as much as we spend at Walmart!!!
Anyone who is gluten free knows how hard it is to find a bread that doesn't turn into a soggy mess when you introduce condiments or moisture to it. I made a toasted Italian sandwich with these and it held its texture the entire time despite mayo, mustard, vinegars, a lettuce mixture, onions and tomatoes being added to it. I am a slow eater and let my food sit for several minutes at a time. I'm super impressed with this bread, how good it tastes, its texture and how it maintains its texture throughout the eating experience!
Maybe one does not simply eat GF bread and rolls. I know in our case, a review is based on far more than a general review for a gluten purchase. I would recommend these on the value they seem to bring. My son with celiac disease is in HS and can't safely enjoy lunch from the school cafeteria. I toast different bread and rolls, spread with salsa or pesto or bruschetta and add fillings. His favorites are the ones on these rolls! I haven't tried any yet, but I make sandwiches in batches every 2 weeks and freeze them, then he pulls one out each morning and it's thawed by lunch, and still cold. So I would say that these pass a few tests! We hope you enjoy them, too
These are very tasty rolls. The texture is such that splitting them lengthwise makes them a perfect base for small "pizzas". My only objection is to the dusting of fine flour on the outside. This makes for messy eating sometimes. Otherwise, they are good rolls for many purposes.
I bought this for my daughter who has celiac and my son who eats wheat free and egg free. B free brand is one of the only brands we purchase that fit their diet. While we've tried other brands we always come back to B free for taste and texture. I don't eat gluten free myself but must say of all GF rolls I've tried this one is among the best. Wish there were more rolls for the value but eating GF is just expensive overall.
I can't even believe that they have the audacity to call these sandwich rolls!! I ordered online so I didn't see them in person because had I of, I wouldn't have even wasted my money! 1 slice of tomato hangs out on all sides also the Dutch crunch stuff on the top was nothing but crumbs in the bag, not to mention the ridiculous price they are demanding for these! Complete joke!! I would include a picture but I threw them out
this was not chosen and was substituted by the shoppernand ot was horrible. it had ingredients that my grandson is allergic to and made him very ill because i was unaware the item was chosen and delivered to the sitter who was caring for him when i placed the order. Walmart still hasnt made this right and the entire order was a disaster due to improper selecting of substitutions and poor packing. walmart customer service suggested a full refund over a month ago. i recieved a $1.99 refunded for over $270 worth of groveries that were ruined.
