Southern Exposure
The entire Blue Runner line is excellent; consistent quality. Expect deep rich flavor without overuse of salt and pepper spices. Real deal stuff across the board. Not sure if you want Creole, Cajun, or just good ole southern comfort, just pick any one - it's all good.

This is as close to the Louisiana style étouffée as it gets. So good with shrimp sausage and chicken.

It was easy to shorten my food prep with this product. It made for an easy prep time and my overall experience. It was essentially to my needs for a quick and easy meal.

LOVE IT
This is amazing. Cooked according to directions and added shrimp. I did add a little corn starch to thicken. Didn't require any additional seasonings. My family loved it. No more making etouffe from scratch.

Lacks rich zesty Creole taste. You'll need to add spices to it
