it's awesome for those really bad diaper rashes, where it's too sore, after cleaning up baby's diaper , applying the spray directly on the rash and you don't have to touch the baby's butt. It helps them have less discomfort and heals much faster too (with constant diaper changes). it is a bit wet but you can just fan it with your hand for a bit and change your baby right away. I liked it a lot.

Very easy to use and works

cynthia February 13, 2026

This is so much easier than using creams. I've had to fight getting the cream onto my little one but with the spray it's easy. She doesn't even notice I've put it on her. Works great on getting rid of diaper rash and redness. With just a couple of sprays it coats the whole area, and seems to help with soothing her rash.

Mess free

emily December 15, 2025

Perfect for all the go mom spray diaper cream. Don't get it on your hands. Cause we all know that good diaper cream, following scrubbing the top layer of your own hands off to remove it. It is not ideal. Keep the diaper cream on the booty, not on your hands.

10/10 Recommend!

Christal February 24, 2026

Great product as a preventative for diaper rash -the spray makes diaper changes quick and cleanup from the previous application is a breeze! Other ointments are thick and hard to wipe clean with “messy” diapers. It is a little pricey so I can't wait until a bulk refill option becomes available!!

It helped clear up a diaper rash very quickly and it was super handy to have it as a spray instead of having to use a cream and getting it all over my fingers. I'm not sure it would be cost effective for every day use though. I am GrandNonna so it wouldn't be used as often.

My baby girl struggled with sensitivity to certain wipes, diapers and everything else leading to rash issues. We tried everything, but my husband happened to grab this and Im so glad he did! No having to use your hands to wipe or smear anything. Quick and easy and it works fast!

I was told by my Dr. to order the spray on zinc oxide for a sore that would not heal. I ordered 3 bottles and it sprayed very accurately on the sore. The sore healed as the Dr. said it would. I gave a bottle to a neighbor mom who had a baby still in diapers. She told me later she really liked the spray on zinc oxide. She never had to rub the zinc on, just sprayed. I have bought the spray several times since then. I keep some on hand at all times.

Ultimately I love it, I don't have to get ointment on my hands or apply friction that could cause further discomfort to my babies. I get an even coating to the area in just 2 spritzes and no over spray. A little spendier than what I used to get and that's my only complaint

okay applying it was easy buy it actually staying on the area of the skin where the rash is the issue for me , it dripped every where before i even finished putting the diaper on. the coverage was good. for me it was too messy and watery and runny . i got it because i was slathering on the tube cream all over her butt with my bare hands. but i rather put it on her with my bare hands then spraying the runny mess-if that tells u anything. would i recommend? ill just say "the lazy always works twice".

Cheaply made sprayer

Cynthia December 3, 2025

The product inside works great. However it becomes useless after the sprayer breaks after a few times of use. I bought a second one to replace the sprayer and this one broke as well. Now I have to bottles of solution I cannot even spray. Waste of money.
