This helps to aide in required complete protein source intake after strength training and helps to prevent overeating during evening meals from excessive hunger. Highly recommended as a quality nutrition protein bar for everyone. These bars are the best in hot weather as these do not melt compared to other brand of nutrition bars that melt easily in hot weather. Hopefully Clif bars of this type will always be available, of this flavor and the other flavors too, for a lifetime.

Delicious. I don't know how many different flavors of Clif bars I've tried (they're all pretty good) but I like these the most. The texture has a nice crunch to it as well. I wish they were cheaper but health foods always come at a premium.

I like them chocolate chips are good good for diet or so you can get the protein you need when you're on a diet flavors good crunch is good. Good for Dieters.

We feel they are better than most with fewer bad ingredients still taste like preservatives to me however. my son likes them to snack on before his workouts.

Great tasting bars. Throughout the school year I gift my department small "get through the day" bags. Clif bars are always a staple in these bags as they are loved and appreciated as a pick me up protein snack. I love all of the flavor options!

Both of them were poorly made You can’t tell, which is the inside, which is the outside. I can’t stand them and sending them both back. I wouldn’t recommend it for anybody to wear. They think you were homeless.

They tasted good but really made my stomach feel weird, next time I’ll stick to the other better flavors, I wish these had word for me to eat when I’m hiking but they really just didn’t work well.
