Sent a wrong product, not which I ordered
I bought it as a Christmas present for my grandson and instead of tablet with accessories, he received a package of 4 headphones! What a disappointment, I would put zero stars if I can! See picture of the product my grandson received

It was a great bargain because you get the headphones carry case drop proof case and charger. But the tablet is the most laggy tablet I've ever seen. My son gets frustrated because he can't really play anything on it because it lags so bad. It was his big Christmas present so I'm pretty disappointed. We don't have a lot of money to be buying stuff and then have the product turn out to not work properly

It will not stay connected to any Internet even our home personal Internet. Have to constantly reset it multiple times a day
