No Help
A one rate is due to no improvement in my ringing ears, and now I get a high pitched buzzing at times that impacts my normal hearing. I'm still using in hopes that's the process to a end result of No ringing.

Cortexi does not work and crsppy customer service.
Order six of these one was broken in shipment. Contacted them they said to ship it back. That has been over 5 months ago still have not received it or a refund. Crappy customer service! Used all five of them it does not work do not recommend it.

Pills vs Syringe
Didn't work. I would've preferred taking pills instead of using a syringe. The directions were so tiny I needed a large magnifying glass.
