Worked great on my poison sumac itch but we discovered I am highly allergic and even 3 weeks of prednisone only killed the itch while I was taking it. 2026 for me has been the summer of itch. So I order the item and it said on the app that it would be delivered at a certain time. I saw the driver in the map/she was on route. But it it was never delivered so I called Walmart and talked to a representative. They said that the driver had a a problem delivering it. so they would resign the driver to pick it up from the store by 8ish. But that never happen. I call again to see what happens at this point. I couldn't cancel/refund my order. The next day I saw on the app that they had delivered it dropped it off in front of my door. But this was a first time something like this had happen.

Son suffers from occasional eczema flareups. I bought this thinking the 'waterproof' would be a plus for a 2 year old. I'm not convinced. And actually disappointed. First, it's like petroleum jelly so expect it to cling on the both of you (yay for him) but I don't notice any actual help. When compared to the walmart brand of regular 'cream' that seems to work better. I notice I have to apply this several times in one day for it to actually help his flare ups. Whereas the walmart brand cream once a day until it's gone. I also notice he still scratches and itches after I've put it on. The walmart brand he doesn't. I find this odd, especially for name brand.

The package arrive UNSEALED. The box nor the tube itself were safety sealed.

This is the second time I received a mangled box the Cortizone tube came in. Only this time not only was the box mangled but someone took the time to put a random tube of cortisone in the box, you guessed it the wrong one, not the one I ordered. I am disabled and now obliged to go to a Walmart to get a refund on this delivery which was 0% my fault.
