[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has actually worked great so far. I have tried many other creams and gels and what I like about this one is that it is not greasy at all. It doesn't give me that sticky feeling I get when using others and it is actually moisturising and very comfortable to use. It does have that slight burn/tingly feeling because of the salicylic acid but it is helping with the irritation and the inflammation.

I had her use this product and after only one applications her hands were substantially smoother! I can't imagine how extended use will improve her hands. Will purchase this product when we run out!

It had kind of a cooling effect on my scalp (which is where I have psoriasis) and I noticed the sores wasn't getting bigger. My hair kind of felt greasy afterwards but it wasn't nothing extreme. Overall I like it.
