Great product
After taking a combination glucosamine/condroitin for many years I read about a study in people with osteoarthritis where a crystalline form of the glucosamine only was given. Those with osteo of the hands reported significant improvement in their hands (discomfort, swollen, stiff joints, etc). So, I switched to the only brand of glucosamine in crystalline form available - DONA. I have used it ever since because it works for the arthritis in my hands. You do need to take it for about 3 months before feeling any effect.

Dona is a Lifesaver
This is not just another glucosamine product. I have severe arthritis with severe spinal stenosis. I could stand for only a few minutes and the pain was constant. After 2 weeks on Dona, I started to improve, and now I have my life back. Thank you, Dona!
