(3 pack) EPIC Bison Bacon Protein Bites, Whole30, 2.5oz

The taste and texture are great - it is good as a snack, expecially with some sharp cheese. This is my favorite of this type of bar and the best one from EPIC -my only wish is that it had more protein! Since that is my main focus these days.

Women need more protein as we get older and having high quality protein on hand is a challenge, especially after a workout when I'm really ready to eat something, right away. I've tried lots of jerky brands and Epic is consistently good. The sweet and savory Bison and Bacon is my favorite.

Thank you iherb fro bringing EPIC Bites back. Got this as a handy go-to Gluten-free snack when i'm out of the house and starving. Bison is the best flavour so far- not overly seasoned or salty. They can be addictive though. So i portion them into smaller ziplock bags and dump a bag into ny handbag for emergencies.

This beef jerky is quality through and through. The ingredients are top-notch, resulting in a delicious taste that's both savory and satisfying. Its versatility makes it perfect for any occasion, and the various size options ensure you always have enough on hand. Highly recommend!

Had a great time eating this snack, and the portion serving included in the package size was ideal for mixing with a salad. A very beneficial product for those who want to maintain a gluten free diet, and enjoy a quality protein snack with a minimal amount of ingredients, and a delicious taste.

I'm a bit of a jerky novice, but I love these bison/bacon bites. They are definitely on the sweet side, so if you prefer a more teriyaki-type flavor, these are probably not for you. That aside, I love the flavor, which is relatively mild, and the texture is unlike any other jerky product I've had -- super soft, moist, and fresh tasting. Also like that they're made from bison, which (dependent on how it's raised) tends to be easier on the environment. Great stuff here and my personal favorite Epic product so far.

I've never been a fan of jerky. Mostly because it hurts my teeth and takes forever to chew. Then I came across the Bison Bacon bites in my local supermarket. I've had bison burgers and knew how tender the meat is, so I took a chance and bought a bag. I loved how soft the bites were! The flavor was mild (which is good...I'm not into spicy) but pleasant, and I ate the entire bag in one sitting. Ordered two boxes of these to have on hand, either for a snack at home or to carry in my backpack when I go out. These are perfect if you're low carb and want a healthy, portable snack that makes your teeth happy!

Were definitely not like jerky, much softer. I found the seasoning a little too strong, not much of a bison flavor because of it. I did eat them as snacks - the package lasted a few days. Once opened it does need refrigeration, so if you took it on a day/overnight hike, you'd need to share it to finish the bag. Might be better in single serve packets - though this might be a single serve for a man. It isn't too bad for a protein snack and I like that it's softer than jerky, but a little too sweet for me.

This was one of the most disgusting things I have ever experienced. my package arrived inngood condition, i took the bag of jerkey and put it in my bag to take to work. on the way I home I was stuck in traffic and hungry, but then I remember I had that new bag of jerky with me so I reached in the dark and tore it open, and popped a peice in my mouth. But the taste wasn't right at all, innfact it was something most foul. I turn innthe overhead light and look and it is COVERED IN MOLD!!! I spit it out immediately and called Walmart customer service because, to be frank, I was ANGRY. They say they can't refund me, the third party has to do it, but to call back in a few days any they'll be able to do it then. so I throw it out and call back a couple days later. The new CS rep says- oh no I can't refund you but I will tell IHerb to refund you and explain what happened to them. Today I get an email from IHERB stating they won't refund me unless I can send them pictures of the lot %23 and photographic evidence. which obviously I can't do because I threw the bag of mold away. So it looks like I'm out the money, which I really dont care about. Word to the wise though DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER IHERB. ALSO WALMART DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE QUALITY OF THEIR THIRD PARTY SELLERS. BUYER BEWARE.

So I'm not sure if the quality was off but this was the weirdest jerky ever. It's not dry (at all) and is just mushy and kind of sickly sweet. I tried it despite my reservations on the texture but I wish I didn't as something was definitely not right. Jerky should be dried so if you're a fan of classic jerky this definitely isn't it (I also didn't understand why it was so mushy and sugary).
