There are two kinds of Equate razors that appear similar. This version had a plastic sleeve which covered the blade. The other has a blue plastic snap-on cap. The version with the plastic sleeve is the best choice for my husband. [The Equate 2 Blade Disposable Razors with the Pivoting Head.] They are a great buy for the buck while being easy on the face. Some razors he has used in the past had almost carved out a canyon on his handsome mug. The Equate's provide him with a smooth shave every time.
Im a woman and they do the trick I shave my legs with these razors and I dont have any complaints. The blades aren't flimsy like some are. Cleaning is very easy add alcohol %26 they do the trick . Shaving uder my armpit and I apply alcohol before and after this way I don't bump up . Thenprice is very reasonable so I buy these monthly.
These are my go to disposable shavers-they last me three shaves and are so cheap. I have tried the 5 blade ones and realized they are the money trap and cost a fortune and do not outlast theses 2 blade disposable shavers. If you want a shaver that shaves close-is cheap-and will make your face feel good after the shave-look no further-these do the job at one third the cost of 5 blade shavers. You will love these razors.
Man, these razors are great. I shave every other day, and one of these razors lasts for 2 weeks, giving a nice, close smooth shave, and you just need to "blow off" the water on them after using it to make it last. I've compared these to the higher priced razors, and these are just as good for a fraction of the price - these are $0.16 each, so I'm spending only a little over $4 for razors every year.
My Husband %26 I Love these Razors %26 always Purchase these Razors that are made by Equate which is Walmart's Brand!! These are Inexpensive for (12) Razors %26 these Razors do Shave very Well %26 Good 😊 We highly recommend Walmart's Brand of Razors ☺️
I'm a melanated man who goes clean shaven. I dry shave my face and neck every day. Yes, the razors are cheap. To avoid ingrown hair, use the razor only once per shave, brushing the blades clean after every facial swipe. The result is a clean shave with value for the cost.
I wish the head was a little bit bigger with a snap over cap like the old Schick razors had. You could keep them in a purse or in the car for quick touch ups as needed. I like to have a razor with me in case my husband or I need a touch up, but without a cap to protect myself from the blade, I'm afraid to through this in my purse for fear I'll cut myself or one of my kids will it they go reaching in my purse. The caps they have aren't attached permanently so they fall off easily. On the other hand, Schick used to have a double edged blade with a gray handle and white cap. That cap slid back for use them you could snap it back on for safety.
These are bad even for the price, they hardly shave unless you press and drag rather firmly and then you risk knicking yourself or cutting yourself completely. They are cheapy made which is clear from the price, and they feel cheap. I would rather spend a couple more dollars and get a good razor that will do the job it is suppose to do, rather then buy these and go through pain and 4 razors before my face is ever half shaved.
Honestly, their biggest selling point is the price… and that's about it. These razors may be inexpensive, but their performance is just as poor. They feel low-quality, don't shave effectively, and cause more frustration than value. Not worth buying at all. Definitely not recommended.
I've tried 4 different razors straight from the package. ALL of them have dull blades and required multiple swipes over the same area to get a decent shave. Usually with a new blade it takes 2 swipes max. I no longer trust this product and won't be ordering it again.
