(3 pack) Equate Complete Original Denture Adhesive Cream, 2.4 oz, Compare to Fixodent® Complete Original

I had been using an expensive adhesive. By coincidence, I discovered EQUATE's denture adhesive cream at an incredibly inexpensive price. The product has tremendous HOLD lasting all day and provides the security of being able to eat just about anything without dentures detaching or slipping. Other "better" and expensive adhesives require some extreme measures such as warming, etc., but this EQUATE FIRM HOLD DENTURE ADHESIVE CREAM is only applied and provides the same, if not, better hold lasting a day. Suggestion: applying the adhesive in the front middle in a straight line to mid denture and on both sides and placing in mouth, pressing and holding for about 30 seconds to 1 minute seems to allow the adhesive to adhere firmly to the upper roof of the mouth. I don't know, but this may be also true for the lower dentures also.

Some Denture Glue adds "Zinc" in them. IF you have an allergy to zinc, it will burn your mouth. Walmart Equate Firm Hold Denture Adhesive Cream works as long as you need it to work. It is easy to use and easy to clean over night.

What I really like is after all these years is I always go back to Equate. It holds better and longer and the price just makes it all around the best.

This is the only product I've ever used so far since I just got dentures last summer. It works fine for the most part, but it seems if I don't use enough, my dentures come loose by the end of the day. I might try a different product next time, but for now this is good enough.

i love the strong hold of the glue. i dont like the stringy mess left in my mouth when i take my teeth out. i also love the price of it especially compared to other brands

the Equate firm hold is not too soft and not too hard. it really is just the right consistency. I have not found this consistency in any name brand for twice the price!

This generic brand holds well enough but can get gloppy around teeth. I also noticed a lot of spitting when talking and eating so I'm trying a stronger hold.

Overall, everything was received as ordered. fresh green beans were spoiled. most in the bag had turned brown. Watermelon had started to spoil from the stem. I am new to the ordering and pickup and this is the first time I received unsatisfactory items.

Been using name brand for 25 years. This one has the tag "compare to fixodent." NO comparison. Have had to apply at least 3-4 times a day more. Stick to what works.

Denture adhesive is a necessity for me. I used to like Equate over others because it worked better..however, the formula was changed so that it "looked" like others (more red) and also thinner texture so doesn't work as well.
