I have been drinking the Ethiopian Yergacheffe Kochre coffee from Fresh Roasted Coffee LLC for the past year and continue to absolutely love the flavor and consistency of the roast. I will likely be drinking this specific coffee from FRC for many years to come!!

This is at least the 3rd or 4th time I've bought this coffee. It has become my regular daily brew good every morning. I love that I can open the back and the smell is amazing. It blooms huge in a V60 so I know its fresh. Thank you for a great product. Highly recommend if you enjoy lighter roasts and fruiter flavors.

Ethiopian Coffee's as a group have ascended to the pinnacle of my personal caffeinated Stairway to Heaven. The complex flavors, character, elicit a standing ovation from my taste buds, every time. The Kochere region's offering is no exception. So, if you'd like to rock a Tree Pose at 8,500 feet, while in your late 70's, grab your Chemex, some Kochere and kick some serious, well, you get the picture!

Your coffee is very popular with a group that we host at our house once a month for a Saturday breakfast potluck. I prepare lattes with a La Pavoni machine and many of our friends say that this is the beat coffee that they ever had, beating out any and all of the local and national coffee shops. Keep up the great work and service. We even have friends who visit us from Brazil and they bring us coffee all the time, but yours is even better than the coffee straight from Brazil. East African coffees can be somewhat inconsistent in quality, but this order has been pleasantly well sorted and evenly roasted. A tad too much on the medium vs light medium side for my taste, but not enough to lose too much of the subtle flavors. Quick turn-around and shipping.
