Just wow. Never had this style of coffee before and now I want to keep some on hand all the time! The unique monsoon drying process adds an incredible je ne sais quois to the brewed coffee's texture, adding more body than you might expect to a light roast. The color, too, was deceiving, as the process lifts more oils from the core of the bean, leading to a darker color than you might expect, but, wow are the volities still there. Not a lot of acid compared to many light roasts, but more than most medium or dark drinkers will tolerate. Takes to cream like a duck to water, but also a great black coffee experience.

This Indian Monsoon Malabar was a pleasant surprise. It has a very smooth, low-acid profile with earthy, mellow flavors that make it easy to drink every day. The body is rich without being overpowering, and it has a unique character compared to more traditional coffees. It brews a consistently satisfying cup and has become one of my favorite options when I want something bold yet smooth. Highly recommended for anyone looking to try something a little different.

One of my regular, go-to light roasts. I like to mix-it-up every month or so and I'm always happy with Indian Monsoon. Smooth and chocolatey, classic coffee flavor with it's own unique twist.

I had never purchased a light roast coffee before, preferring medium to dark roast. I was surprised at how much I like this coffee. I've even ordered another bag. The name is nice, too!

Monsoon is one of the better choices for amping up your caffeine effect. The lighter the roast the more available caffeine. Great chocolate notes to add.

I have been drinking Indian monsoon Malabar coffee for quite some time and your beans are as good as any I have bought from other roasters. Would be great to get free shipping!

This is my favorite coffee and has been my “daily drinker for many years. I was getting my coffee from another purveyor but the shipping costs were becoming prohibitive. I did a blind taste test of my remaining MM from the other purveyor and I could not tell the difference My coffee ritual with a grinder, fresh beans, and a French press goes back many years. I don't like my coffee any other way it's my morning pleasure so I don't wanna compromise. However, things have gotten extremely expensive but from the cost of coffee coupled with the shipping costs. I had to find a cheaper alternative, but still maintain the same quality cup of coffee that I've been enjoying for many years. So far your coffee has met my standard and I plan on ordering more coffee from you in the future.

I enjoyed this coffee and while it was very good, it didn't have the notes of citrus that I'm used to in most of the light roasts I have gotten with that being said I thought it was very good and will most likely order it again in the near future

I have gotten several varieties of coffee from you and am very pleased with all but this one. Always in to trying something different so took a chance on this one. I don't care for the taste at all, describing it as being kind of salty and funky overall, sorry to say...
