I have been a coffee lover for years, a good habit I inherited from my parents (they consumed 3-pounds per week. . . they both worked and never lost any sleep!). Over the years I have tried many roasters and finally found FRESH ROASTED via the internet. The Kenya AA coffees are superior for (see the title of this review). Fresh Roasted delivers my coffee quickly from the central Pennsylvania roaster. My daily ration of Kenya AA gives me a great start to the day. Thanks for providing a quality product. PS: I generally mix Kenya AA with an equal amount of Kenya AA Dark for an excellent brew.

I was first introduced to Kenya AA on a not-too-distant trip to see a college friend who lives in Kenya. I brought home as many bags of AA as I could get under the weight limit. I tried several brands brokered by US Roasters. I have found FRC to have the closest version of that amazing coffee I experienced in Kenya!

Kenya AA is my all time favorite coffee. No morning starts, can start without a freshly brewed cup. The right roasted blend of flavor and satisfying taste.

I fell in love with Kenyan coffee on two trips there many years ago, and this KenyaAA coffee reminds me why. It's rich, smooth and flavorful without a hint of bitterness.

Bright, smooth, and full of flavor. This Kenya AA has a lively acidity with notes of blackcurrant and citrus, balanced by a subtle sweetness. Clean finish and very enjoyable—I'd definitely buy it again.

We went on Safari last summer. The coffee there was excellent. When we came home I searched for Kenyan, Tanzanian and Ethiopian coffee. I found it at Fresh Roasted Coffee and have been ordering since.

I'm a very long time customer of FRC so the best way for me to review this is a comparison. I received a bag of Kenya-AA as a gift for my birthday from a well know coffee seller. As soon as I opened the bag, I was surprised at the lack of aroma, even after I ground it. The first cup had the taste, but it was faint, way in the background. I order a bag of Kenya-AA from FRC, and the minute I opened it, I could tell it was going to be different. It had a rich aroma and after I brewed a cup, it had a strong taste without being over roasted.

The FRC Kenya AA is in my top 5. Right up there with Kona, Jamiacan Blue Mountain, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, and Tanzanian Peaberry. Kenya AA is a bold bean that we use for both regular coffee and espresso. I recommend this as a regular staple for those that enjoy stronger, but smooth coffee.

Purchased whole bean single origin Guatemalan and Kenyan coffees from FRC. I love the medium roast on both of these coffees. I grind my own coffee in and old Krups bur grinder and brew coffee in a new Farberware 4 cup percolator I recently purchased. I have not had a bad cup yet. Both of these coffees are smooth and wonderful and I look forward to my first cup in the morning and another cup in the afternoon. I will be purchasing more of these coffees and am also looking at the Ethiopian coffees.

A dark roast overwhelms the vibrant blackcurrant and wine-like acidity that make Kenya AA unique. Switching to a light or medium roast will restore its complex berry notes and bright, crisp finish.
