FRC''s Moka Java has officially become the MVP of our morning espresso routine :coffee::fire: We've been pulling it as espresso for both hot and iced milk drinks, and it absolutely shows up. So many lighter roasts get shy once milk enters the picture… but not this one. Moka Java somehow keeps enough rich dark chocolate depth to punch right through the milk while still bringing a bright, fruit-forward twist that makes every sip interesting. If you're looking for a lighter roast that plays well with milk but still keeps its personality, this one absolutely delivers. Big fan. :clap::coffee:

I was bummed when FRC was out of stock for a while. The MJ is indeed the MJ (Jordan OR Jackson) of coffees, for me. I love the balance, body and finish and how it all comes together both in my morning French Press and just as importantly, in my afternoon espresso. Yes, many roasters (and posers like the Big Green) sell "Espresso Blend" or other over-roasted assemblage of leftovers, but good espresso can and should be made of quality blends (with some Robusta in Italy) or even single-origin coffees. The key is quality and freshness, not the roast level. Anyway - this Mocha Java is very good.

Mocha Java is one of several go-to favorites that I always keep on hand. If FRC hadn't introduced me to so many other varieties that I also enjoy, Mocha Java would probably be my only variety. This is a medium roast with bold substance; it has "mouth feel" that makes it more like a snack or a dessert (without the calories), with no bitterness or acidity.

My go-to, everyday coffee. Blended and roasted to perfection, this coffee is very flavorful and extremely smooth. If you are used to the swill that is sold in supermarkets, this coffee will blow you away.

We love this coffee. We have tried many others, most very good but this is our fave right now. Smells wonderful when brewing and taste is even better.

I'm less a fan of the tangier varieties, this one is warm and rich, like a delicious dark chocolate. The name fits and well definitely be ordering this one again!
