Organic black Knight is a fantastic dark roast. I grind the beans with a medium roast to give me the perfect blend. It's never acidic, bitter or unpleasant. Kitty gives me the perfect coffee snob cup every time!

The coffee is delicious! Our favorite is the Organic Black Knight Water-Processed Decaf. It's bold, smooth, and it's just the “pick me up” we want in the morning. Sure doesn't taste like a standard decaf. So much more flavor! Will be ordering more for sure.

The sweetness really comes through and balances the dark roast. I can't always detect “notes of…” in my coffee, but before looking at the package, I would have said I tasted caramel and sugar. I've added Black Knight to my regular order and am looking forward to delicious iced Black Knight this summer!

I usually drink black coffee in the morning, but when I want a cozy creamy mocha in the evening, I love using Black Knight Decaf. The dark boldness pairs nicely with cocoa. And its also smooth enough that sometimes I mix it with caffeinated coffee to make black half-caf in the morning.
