Great tasting blend. We made the switch from donut shop coffee, and great value donut shop to this since it is organic. Great flavor as a mild coffee. The coffee is fresh and you can tell how good it will be when you open the bag up. I think the acidity is fairly low and there is a slight chocolate flavor going on in the coffee which goes well with some cream and sugar.

Nothing wrong with it, we just found it less exciting than other FRC coffees. One of us likes dark coffees and espresso, the other really likes African coffees. We love FRC and will keep on ordering our favorites
