I recently purchased several products so that my office could experience the variety of flavors offered by different coffee beans from around the world. Everybody is raving about the products. The coffees were delivered promptly and they all exceeded our expectations. We are so happy to have found Fresh Roasted Coffee; their customer service is superb, the products are amazing, and their prices are excellent.

I bought this coffee last month and liked it so well I bought it again this month. Among the several single origin coffees I have tried at FRC this is my favorite right next to Haitian Blue . It's a light roast, which I prefer and is a perfect morning coffee, but could be consumed any time due it's light roast and balanced flavor. I'll make it a regular purchase.

This morning I brewed my final pot of Peru Sol y Cafe Coffee and the scent of Peru filled the kitchen. After hiking the Salkantay Trail four years ago we ended on a coffee plantation. Picked, husked and brought in the beans to be roasted then waited. Tasting this coffee takes me back to the trail and joy of sharing the brew with others. Mark

This coffee is an excellent early morning coffee. FRC's regular and decaf Peruvian coffee is one of my favorites. My wife has her own favorite FRC coffee but early in the morning when I brew myself a cup of Peruvian coffee she invariably smells my coffee and ends up brewing a cup of my Peruvian coffee. It's smell grinding and brewing is stronger than many other coffees but it still has a nice well rounded flavor without being bitter.

This stuff is awesome. Has become one of my favorites, esp from FRC. Very full-body, no bitterness whatsoever. A full, almost creamy, solid flavor. Yields a great bloom, great aroma. Thick, almost creamy to my palate. This is good stuff. Absolutely one of my favorites. Top of my list, alongside their Costa Rican. Good, good stuff.

I bought these beans to run through my Bezzera bz07 espresso machine. If you're buying for espresso this bean is incredibly refreshing with its bright (not overwhelming) orange rind notes. Great for iced espresso or lattes! Honestly I haven't been disappointed with any of the beans I've purchased here.

I love this coffee--it has a clean, distinct flavor.The fact that it is organic is just "icing on the cake". I enjoy grinding it and smelling the roast of the beans. My USPS lady always tells me that she enjoys smelling the coffee before she delivers it. Will order again as it is on my favorite list.

This coffee came to us as a very pleasant surprise. We had experienced but just a couple of examples of Peruvian coffee before, and the reaction from those was so-so. But, this FRC Organic Peru Sol y Cafe' is another ball game altogether. It has a rich yet smooth flavor to our taste, just outstanding. The kind you'd like to enjoy every day. You won't go wrong with this one. While it is superb right out of the bag by itself, we found that a small addition of the FRC Organic Mexican Chiapas beans made a blend with even more flavor! We used a 5/1 ratio of Peruvian/Mexican beans. Thanks for two more outstanding coffees, FRC!

It is not up to the standard of coffee ordered from other sellers.

These beans were not fresh at all which was made obvious upon initially opening the bag and being greeted by 5lbs of oily, run-of-the-mill bulk beans.I ground these beans in my Hario Skerton to avoid making an oily mess in my Baratza. I brewed a single cup using the 3:1 method in my Chemex just to give the beans a proper whirl. The cup had no unique discernable notes, just overly dark flavors, medium bitter forward, very high on the acidity and had an overly dry finish. I gave the remaining beans to a neighbor who doesn't mind drinking black swill.
