A pleasant surprise 💕
Well, I thought I had ordered collard greens by this same vender. I had never bought these before. They were amazing! I was not sorry the turnip greens were sent instead. Turnips are a staple in our New York home. I had never eaten these before greens.we ate the actual turnips fixed the same way mashed potatoes are here in Indiana.i made a soup from these with sliced potatoes, onions and 4 Pepper smoked sausage. It was a very tasty meal.
