Mom wasn't a great cook but she did know how to make gravy and this never fails. Sprinkle 1/4 cup on cooked sausage and toss around for a few min then add 2 cups of Milk and stir for 5 min till it thickens for the best Biscuits and gravy. Never Lumpy. Mother Knows Best.

Where this stuff was my whole life, I have no idea, but this is actually a very old product. It is perhaps a bit expensive if you compare it to the price of a bag of flour. But this is not regular flour, but flour that has been cooked, baked or whatever, such that it cannot clump making gravy for instance. Just dump it in and don't worry about any clumps because there won't be any. Try this product just once and you will always keep a container in your pantry. Any time you need gravy, or just to thicken a soup or other dish, this stuff will not let you down. And WalMart has it single or in a three pack and can ship it to your door. I am satisfied with the product and with WalMart.

I love this product. I have used it several years now. It is wonderful for use in making gravies and sauces. also I use it for coating chicken and pork chops for frying. I find it gives just the right amount of coating for crispness without being too thick.

This is a time-tested product ideal for flouring meat before adding to the skillet and for making gravy. Although this product has been around for decades, I had some difficulty locating it. Not easily available so better stock up at Walmart because it should be a staple in every kitchen. Also handy for dusting the baking pan before adding the batter.

Saves me the from having to sifting flour. It's so much easier to shake from the container to make sauces and gravy that's always smooth (no lumps).

This is so easy to use when you make baked goods or gravy, especially. If you have arthritis, It really makes it so easy to use without a lot of pain %26 stress. It is worth the extra expense to use it.

Gold Medal Quick mix flour is great for gravy's especially, getting kind of spendy now though, so I am undecided if I will ever buy again, but the flour itself is great.

I buy this regularly. I use it every time I make gravy or s as u e to prevent lumps and also if I want to bread something that is lighter. And not so heavy like eggplant Parmesan. There is no substitute for Wondra. I always have some on hand.
