This is the tastiest seasoning mix when I'm in a rush and don't have time to do it from scratch. I just use 2 packets with whatever beef and veggies go in the crockpot in the morning, and some water and wine. Smells great cooking. We like this better than the name brand stew seasonings, but wish it had less salt.

I had this thing to my beef cubes carrots onions potatoes then you add the packet that gives it a really nice crazy delicious

almost as good as McCormick but cheaper, i always add alittle bit of beef flavored bouillon and some flour to thicken, always turns out great and satisfying.

The great value brand-name seasoning packets are all fairly tame as far as spices go. However, this can work to your advantage. Don't just add the beef stew packet to beef stew; put it in chili, casseroles, or slow-cooked crockpot meals. I'm finding many alternative uses for these handy little packets. Keep in mind that if you can make generic brands work for you, you are ahead of the game on savings. Remember to use these packets proportionally. (don't just dump an entire package in a pot of tomato sauce and expect a miracle), think it through, man!
