There's no difference in taste between this and higher cost brands. The sugar is light and sweet and easy to work with. We love putting it on our French toast and angle food cake. We used it on funnel cakes one night and it was perfect. I've had my bag for a couple of months, original bag inside a ziplock bag and it's stayed good in my cupboard. I bought this and used it for several things right away. I made a cream cheese frosting, and it came out smooth, creamy and delicious. A lemon cake with powdered sugar topping which needs the topping to round out the flavor and for decoration. It also was super delicious, Lastly, I made a bundt cake with glaze, and the powdered sugar made a smooth and glossy glaze that finished the cake out beautifully. If you've made this you'll understand the chaos that is powdered sugar and I mean BEFORE you consume it. I made Gooey Butter Cake, I am not giving you the recipe because it evidently isn't allowed (some family recipe thing), Google it and find the one that resonates with your sweet tooth and have at it! Suffice it to say one bite of this "cake" will send you just this side of the stratosphere, I don't make the rules, but that's where you headed. I have no idea where an entire piece will take you, so that's fun. It has 4 CUPS of powdered sugar in it. Take a deep breath before you eat it other wise the powdered sugar sprinkled on top is going to hit the back of your mouth and sit there until it melts. I would not recommend having coffee with this, unless you're brave but you do you! I've been told about 6 bajillion times that the cake HAS TO LOOK LIKE THIS or it doesn't count. Best price I could find, and has a great taste. Only major problem for me, the bag does not seal and as we know someone sneezes a mile away, and powdered sugar in your kitchen ends up absolutely everywhere. So basically I sealed it up in a 1/2 gallon freezer bag and it was all good. Also worked well in a shaker top when making funnel cakes. It is sweet, but not crazy sweet, due to the packaging, it isnt easy to measure out 'safely'. but to those of you who are mega cook/bakers I'm sure not a problem!

I am trying to give a review on the five loaves of frozen bread. I had said that it was good when I reviewed the yeast biscuits and they were terrible now I have made some of the bread and it's terrible too. No taste did not rise. Well has no Good things to say about it. The last time I got it it was very good and that's what I meant when I said it was good when I did the yeast trolls but these five loaves have no taste. They are not good. It is not good bread I would not recommend it to anyone. It tastes awful blah nothing.
