I was liked the great value creme filled Swiss rolls snack cakes. I like the idea that there are six million n a box so they can be shared. The funny thing is with this box the older male of the household took the box and ate them all so while we were looking for them not even aware that that happened we got discouraged and then we asked about them and he told us he ate them. Okay that's fine but he said he really enjoyed them because they are very soft and tasted good. Also he wants me to purchase more of them so yes enjoyment can be that good.

I used to buy Little Debbie Swiss Rolls until I tried these. I like these better. They have a chocolate taste that suits me better than Little Debbie's. These are more substantial and satisfying. They also cost less than Little Debbie. I have to pinch pennies these days, and every little bit helps. So, you can spend less for a better product. I wish they made these in a cinnamon, smoky flavor, and I would eat them with my lunch.

I like these much better than Little Debbie. Richer in taste. Kind of like a dark chocolate outside with cake and filling. These, Aldi brand and Food Lion brand of these taste the same. Yummy! 😋

I was actually surprised that these taste good because usually the store brand is so mundane in flavor. These in particular also seem to be on the fresh side and even more surprising because I had ordered them online and had them delivered they arrived intact and not smashed. The chocolate and the cake itself has a good flavor to it, but the white filling was a bit peculiar. It was like eating some strange sugar paste. They come two in a package, which is fine if you have a sweet tooth, I usually share one of them so you don't have to gorge myself.

It appears they are put in the bag warm. All the chocolate sticks to the cardboard bottom. The remaining chocolate coating falls off when you try to pick it up. Seriously sweet, hard to explain how they are too sweet.

I tried these because most of the Great Value products are good. My family %26 I did a taste test compared to a popular name brand Swiss cake. These Great Value ones were not as good. The chocolate coating was waxy in taste %26 texture, %26 fell off the roll in chunks %26 pieces when biting into it. The cream filling was grainy in texture %26 disappointing in taste. The cakes in the individual packages were squished or rolled upside down. The only good thing is they are slightly better than other generic brands. Overall poor consistency, texture, %26 taste is why I don't recommend these.

I really like these Swiss rolls, better than any other brand that I have tried. But there's one problem. If you order them from Walmart, you are going to get rolls with expired dates on them. It has happened to me twice since April, one box that I ordered towards the beginning of April had an expiration date of December 1, 2025. I write them a review when I apply for a refund, but no one seems to care to do anything. If you want these rolls, buy them elsewhere.Y

How bad could a little chocolate cake with cream filling be ? I found this item to be gross. I've eaten a single one of these. The first bite was gross, (to me). I kept eating the rest of it hoping it would somehow start tasting better. It didn't. These look okay. The taste does not really seem like chocolate to me. The "mouth feel" was gross to me, too... the cake part seemed almost powdery. I haven't thrown the rest of the box away yet, but I'm pretty sure I will. The one that I ate did not give me a pleasant experience at all. It smelled kinda gross to me, too.

These were delivered from the store to my home. No problem with delivery. They tasted stale and were dry and crumbly. The chocolate tasted artificial. I should have bought the name brand instead, not worth saving a few cents.
