(3 pack) Great Value Distilled Water, 1 Gallon

I buy this for medical equipment, a CPAP humidifier I use at night. The water is good because I get NO residuals or build up. So, I am confident in the quality of the water for the use in devises or equipment that require purified mineral free water to operate properly over time. I do not consider this water for drinking, there are specifics for that which are potable and labeled specifically as such.

Listen, I don’t usually write reviews for water, but this gallon? This magnificent jug of distilled majesty? It deserves a standing ovation. First of all, it’s so pure, I’m pretty sure angels wept during the distillation process. I opened the cap and half-expected a choir to start singing. No minerals. No taste. No drama. Just vapor-condensed perfection. I used it in my humidifier, and I swear my houseplants applauded. My iron? It’s never steamed so confidently. I even stared at it for five full minutes wondering how something so simple could be so... emotionally fulfilling. If you’re looking for water that’s been through more therapy than I have—this is it. Buy it. Love it. Hydrate responsibly.

Picture shows a gallon of water like what milk comes in, when however you get a tall jug. The picture dictates other than what I’m getting. Need two hands to pour as the other gallon only one hand. Please change the picture as I wouldn’t order the jugs. I now go to Publix to buy my gallon water

The new cheaper container with the plastic handle at the top makes it difficult to pick up containers up. The older container with the handle molded into the makes it easier to pick container up with the weight balanced in the middle of the container. For seniors and individuals that are challenged buy lifting a unbalanced container. Trying to hold the full weight of the container becomes heavier, unbalanced and two hands must be used to lift the heavy container with all the weighed carried by the to and the cheap plastic handle cuts into your hand. It also makes it cumbersome to put it into the refrigerator with having to use the top strap rather the side like all milk jugs etc. At the store the jugs are always place on the top shelf where you have to try and find an employee that works in that department that can get a ladder to handle the weight by pulling jug up from the top. I usually buy 8 to 12 jugs at a time and this really makes it very difficult to handle these miserable heavy containers. For seniors and handy caped individuals this miserable design makes it extremely difficult to use. Why the change? I'm sure this has to be a cheaper change with no consideration for older and challenged customers.

Use distilled water for CPAP machine and iron, so taste is not a concern. However, the bottle has been changed (PET 1 recycle instead of HDPE 2 recycle). I DO NOT like the new bottle and will be buying my distilled water elsewhere as long as Walmart continues to use these hard to handle bottles.

Don’t like the new style jugs with the plastic handle over the cap. It is harder to carry when unloading your groceries, and much more difficult to pour the water from the new jug. We use this distilled water to fill our Keurig, and it is more prone to spill when doing so.

I hate, hate, hate the new bottle! Bring bk tge " milk" jug with handle! this product is always placed on top rack making it hard to reach. The flimsy new containers , stacked one after the other, press together . In addition to the height of placement new packaging lacks comfortable handles making getting gallon down that much harder! And just pouring from the thin plastic is a challenge ! I hate this change!!

EXTREMELY NOT HAPPY with the new type jugs that have replaced the previous "milk jug type " containers. It's VERY hard for anyone, especially Seniors to now have to use two hands to fill their CPAP reservoirs. The old-style jugs were much more convenient to handle! Guess I will have to buy elsewhere.

HATE the new bottle design! CANNOT POUR WITH ONE HAND! Harder to carry. Distilled water is for medical devices cpap vaporizers ironing diffusers. Original design allowed one hand to steady device one hand to hold handlevin jug to pour! This is TERRIBLE new design choice. It wasn't broken. Why change? Buy" Parents Choice " brand at Wallyworld instead.

It feels a bit silly to be reviewing distilled water. I wouldn't have thought it was something pretty standard and ideally unchanging. But no, some genius at Walmart decided that instead of the good old squat plastic gallon containers, which I could lift and manipulate fairly well, now we have a taller and for some reason much harder to manipulate gallon container. I mean, it's got to weigh the same, right? Sure doesn't seem like it.
