Hello, The Caffeine is 90mg. per serving and 1 squeeze = 1 serving. I'm the kind of person who Squeezes to Taste, so that makes me a 4 squeeze person. 4×90 = 360 I'm also on blood thinners and aspirin once a day, So I'll drink half a bottle one day and the other half the next day. I was not sure if I would like the added syrup to be used with water but a friend tried it and recommended it to me. WOW! I was so surprised! The taste had a nice sweetness that you can control by the strength you put to squeezing the bottle over water. I am not a fan of plain water and this keeps the sugar at a better level than soda! Now I highly recommend it to everyone!!

The title Great Value is very appropriate in this product. Compared to the Meos i used to purchase its a great taste at a great value. If you liked Meos for your water these are just as good for a lot less. Only one problem i wish i could find more variety. i love the cherry flavors but wish i could find a few others i like.

I used to buy the name brand Mio water enhancer in the black cherry flavor which was very good, but sometimes hard to find. So one day I tried Walmart’s Great Value brand instead and was so impressed because it tasted so much like the Mio flavor and it cost much less and it’s usually in stock. Definitely try it.

Unfortunately, I suffer from Chronic Fatigue %26 people have no idea what it's like. Being so exhausted all of the time %26 barely ever physically able to get anything done! IMAGINE THAT?? So tired that even getting up to go to the bathroom is a difficult TASK. These ENERGY DROPS break down my UTTER EXHAUSTION %26 give me back the ability to get tasks done! Nothing like Coffee. I buy flavored water, quart bottles, so looking to save money and space. This seems a little pricy, but if I get at least 5 quart bottles out of it, I'm saving money. First one I got 15. Biggest problem is it says 30 servings (they used to be 46), but that is per 8oz. Big question is "what is a squeeze"? You find yourself squeezing more if you want good flavor, so I'm getting 8 out of it. I like it, it tastes good, I'm saving money and space.

I love this stuff! It's a very cost effective way to get your caffeine fix, and it tastes great too! I love this flavor specifically, but others are good too. I like to mix it with water and gatorade powder for a little more hydrating caffeine hit. It's also extremely tasty on its own. I bought brand name versions of this stuff for years, and the great value stuff is both tastier, and less expensive. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

It's easy to use, but be careful, mix and taste, after each add it is easy to add too much! then you have to add plain water. It can become a catch 22. but I love my black cherry water additive, I even add it to soda for a quick cherry soda, or cherry lemonade. whatever you want a burst of cherry flavor!

It's too sweet for my liking, even one squirt is too much for me. %26 overly diet tasting-think Splenda. I also did not notice a difference in energy after consuming the recommended amount. I am not a fan my husband said he will finish off the ones we got but I wouldn't buy this again.
