Love egg noodles they are so good. I'll make tuna casserole first. Those are the only noodles to make it taste perfect. Makes a good side dish Delicious
These are so good, I got thick ones this time and I love them! The are easy to prepare and I even cook them in my instant pot. The price is very affordable for the great quality. I only use Great Value egg noodles now because they are as good or better than any other brand.
These noodles are considerably smaller in the bag....I was pleasantly surprised to see that they double in size by the time they are ready for use in most any noodle dish. Once ther are drained, most any sauce is suitable for coating the noodles
Years ago I got hooked on using these to make a quick and easy dinner staple. I cook these with frozen shrimp and/or broccoli and toss them in olive oil, garlic and hot giardiniera and top off with a side salad. I eat that somewhat often, so buying these is convenient.
We keep this on hand all the time. Easy to cook. Can add to many different recipes. We use these in pasta salads, casseroles, and soups. I cook them up in the soups I am make so they take on the extra flavors of the sauces. Just have to watch that you do not overcook them.
I bought and also sent to my son in College Recipe 1 can mushroom soup Half bag noodles boil Salt pepper little cayenne like tiny pinch mix in can chicken or can tuna Sprinkle Parmesan on top All the while heating oven to 400 Put in Pyrex dish rectangular or round bake 15 minutes Makes little crispy perfect Now if you don't have Pyrex tell mom or dad go online Walmart Nd send you all the ingredients and Pyrex my son at college loves this recipe great for cold weather too
I made this pasta once and now my family expects me to be an Italian grandmother every night. 10/10 ruined my ability to serve anything else 🍝😂
I picked up the Great Value Extra Wide Egg Noodles (16 oz) at Walmart and was really impressed. They cook up perfectly tender without getting mushy, and the extra wide shape holds sauces and gravies really well. I've used them for beef stroganoff, chicken and noodles, and even just butter and seasoning as a simple side dish. They have a nice, hearty texture and a good egg flavor that tastes just like more expensive brands. For the price, the quality is excellent. Definitely a pantry staple I'll keep buying. Highly recommend!
As others have said; these ARE NOT egg noodles! They're weird tasting egg rotini.. Egg noodles are supposed to be ribbons which if what makes them perfect for stroganoff and other dishes. They're supposed to be thin… These are thick and gross tasting. Almost a gritty texture. The only brand that appears to make real egg noodles is Mueller's, so if you're looking for real egg noodles purchase those.
Items were Damaged in Shipping and two packages busted open! This is Walmart's responsibility when packing the items to be shipped! Heavy canned items should NEVER be put in the same box as Noodles (Chips or Cereal.) I took pictures! There isn't any warning labels for the Fedex delivery men either! I am tired of receiving smashed chips, cereal and noodles because of the ignorance of Walmart employees who are packing my shipped items! I am disabled and personal shopping isn't something I am capable of doing!
